Terms of Delivery

Orders will be delivered (under normal circumstances) by DHL. For delivery within the Netherlands no postage will be charged. For delivery outside of the Netherlands a standard fee of 50 Euro will de charged for delivery costs.

Any order from Kazem Skin Aesthetica will be delivered to Dutch addresses within one week; to addresses abroad within 1-3 weeks.

If no one is present when the order is delivered, the forwarding company will leave a note in the letterbox. This note will state instructions how to receive the order as yet.

If you are not satisfied with an article, you may return it within the approval term of 14 days, provided the product has not been used and is undamaged; the article is complete and –insofar as possible in fairness – in its original state and packing; the labels with barcode stuck on the packing is present and intact. As soon as we have received the return consignment, we shall acknowledge receipt by email. We shall take care of refunding the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the return consignment. In view of the value of the product, we advise you to send the return consignment registered.
